Come savor Suisun Valley appellated wines…

The Suisun Valley Vintners and Grape Growers Association is hosting "Uncorked," a unique wine tasting of Suisun Valley appellated wines, at Wooden Valley Winery.

Joining us this year is Chef Daniel Bell, of Chef to Go Catering. Chef Daniel will be preparing scrumptious appetizers, which guests will enjoy at four different food stations: Barbeque, Pasta, Salad, and Alfresco stations, with a final coffee & dessert Station… all while enjoying Suisun Valley wines.

Tickets may be purchased through Wooden Valley Winery.

Come join the other Suisun Valley winemakers, gathered at "Uncorked," to share their wines with you and nibble on great food pairings.

In future years, the option will be there for other Suisun Valley wineries to host this event. SVVGA truly wants "Uncorked" to continue offering wine lovers a unique wine tasting of Suisun Valley wines; and we will continue to have an annual, fundraising auction for the Suisun Valley Vintners Grape Growers Association.

Harvest Festivities Begin

Enjoy harvest with local winemakers and growers each August, while celebrating the newest Suisun Valley vintage. Harvest Celebration attendees travel throughout Suisun Valley, tasting specialty products and varieties right out of the field. Mingle with the winery and farm stand owners or winemakers at each location to learn their unique story.

Free and Open to the Public

Getting around is enjoyable, as the Suisun Valley “loop” is located just minutes from I-80 in Fairfield, but the best news is that the Harvest Celebration is free and open to the public. Wineries offers winetasting paired with local foods, and activities such as music, picnics, vineyard tours, barrel samples, grape tasting and sometimes grape stomping. Local farmers and artist also celebrate with artist demonstrations, jam and olive oil tastings, and U-pick specials.

Holiday Wine Celebration

As the holidays are in full swing, bring your family and friends to celebrate the magic happening in Suisun Valley. Enjoy a barrel or vertical winetasting, and nibble on gourmet foods while mingling with friends and winemakers.

This special event is traditionally held between Christmas and New Years, an excellent time to spend a quality day with friends and family enjoying Suisun Valley. We welcome you to enjoy our wine and food parings at local wineries to help us celebrate our Anniversary. Participating wineries showcase their award-winning wines all made from Suisun Valley grapes.

Ticket Information

A $5.00 fee is payable on-site at each participating location. You’ll receive a commemorative logo glass, along with a delicious foods and wines from each winery. Barrel tasting and vertical wine tastings are examples of what you might find during this festive weekend.

An immediate sell-out, this traditional, spring event showcases the wines of Suisun Valley to all types of wine enthusiasts. Attendees travel from one winery to the next, tasting Suisun Valley wines and collecting stamps on their passports. Each of the approximate 10 wineries presents a unique story and winetasting, all paired with local foods. Some local farmers also join by showcasing their products at some of the participating wineries, such as local olive oils, jams, dried fruits and nuts.

Getting around is enjoyable, as the Suisun Valley “loop” is located just minutes from I-80 in Fairfield. Suisun Valley’s winemakers are approachable and down-to-earth and love sharing stories about how they craft their wines. Expect to find them pouring behind the bar or from a barrel in their cellar. Don’t be surprised if you run into old friends at all your favorite spots.
