"Movie Night at Mankas Corner" brought to you by Vezer Family Vineyard Gone With the Wind May 30th Vezer Family Vineyard’s Deli and Tasting Room want to make summer just a little more fun with " Movie Night ” the 2nd and 4th Friday of every month. Starting in May we will be featuring an outdoor movie in our back gardens with showtime at 7pm. Suisun Valley Elementary Silent and Live Auction Dinner Click here for flyer All are invited to Suisun Valley School's 8th Annual Silent and Live Auction Dinner, on May 17, 2008. Yank Sing from San Francisco will be catering the event and Wooden Valley wine will be on sale by the glass. The tasting room will not be open. Items from the classrooms that the students themselves created along with many donated items from local businesses will be auctioned off. Phillip Glashoff a local sculptor also donates a number of pieces that are autioned off at the live portion of the auction. All proceeds will benefit our children's education and to improving the Suisun Valley School site. Please come as your favorite celebrity or just come festive and enjoy the atmosphere of being at The Oscars. Formals are not required. Tickets are $40 after April 9th. Art on the Vine The annual Art on the Vine festival, sponsored by the Fairfeild Visual Arts Association, will feature the work of 50 artists, June 7 and 8. The event is free of charge and open to the public from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Artists will exhibit and sell their original artwork. The Ray Zak Jazz Trio will perform and the Vintage Caffe will have food available. Wooden Valley Winery, will be open for wine tasting and purchases during the festival.
